These 1320 DU’s LIG flats having area of 42 sqm. are being built by M/s. Ahluwalia Contracts (I) Ltd. for DDA. The five storeyed construction is being built on pile foundation due to poor soil conditions in west-suburb of Delhi.
The master layout plan and individual layout of unit has been selected by DDA through a turnkey contract tendering system. Maximum space utilisation with cost effectiveness has been achieved with minimal wastage of circulation areas.
